This Transaction Policy explains how financial and service-related transactions are handled on the E-moto platform.
A transaction is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed via Peach Payments. Users will receive an in-app and/or email confirmation once the transaction is successfully placed. E-moto reserves the right to cancel transactions that violate our Terms of Use or involve suspected fraudulent activity.
All transactions must be paid in full at the time of placing the service order. Accepted payment methods include debit/credit cards and other options as supported by Peach Payments. E-moto does not store or process payment information directly; all payments are securely handled by Peach Payments.
A platform commission fee is applied to each successful transaction. Service providers may apply a non-refundable flat fee, visible during the checkout process. All applicable Value-Added Tax (VAT) will be clearly itemised where relevant.
Service providers are responsible for fulfilling the service within the stated timeframe. Once a service is marked as delivered, the client must either accept or reject the delivery within 7 calendar days. If the client selects "Reject", the request will be reviewed according to the E-moto Refund Policy. If no action is taken within 7 days, the service will be deemed accepted, and the transaction marked complete.
Orders cannot be cancelled once accepted by both parties. A refund is only possible if the user rejects the service post-delivery within the permitted 7-day window.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. If a client rejects a service within 7 calendar days of delivery, the request will be evaluated. If approved, only the refundable portion (excluding the flat fee and VAT) will be returned.
All transactions are encrypted and processed through Peach Payments’ secure infrastructure. E-moto may suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious or fraudulent activity. Users are responsible for securing their login credentials and payment devices.
